TEMO Engineering, led by TEMO’s on-staff Registered Engineer, has been instrumental in establishing and retaining TEMO’s position as the thermal sunroom industry leader. TEMO maintains ongoing product development designed to meet both customer demands for innovation, and evolving engineering standards.

Every TEMO sunroom is designed and certified to meet or exceed all national building codes. TEMO voluntarily seeks independent testing to certify our products’ structural excellence. Their certifications include:

• International Conference of Building Officials (ICBO) – Roof and walls

• National Evaluation Service (NES) – Engineered foundation Panels

• American Architectural Manufacturer’s Association (AAMA) - TEMO is among the few sunroom manufacturers to pass this exclusive testing and Gold Label-certification process.

• Underwriters Laboratory, Inc. (UL) - Integrated electrical system

Your sunroom is an exciting new addition to your home, providing a lifetime of beauty and carefree sunroom living for your family. With a TEMO sunroom, not only have you selected a quality sunroom, but you are assured of professional installation.

Only a TEMO-authorized dealer can sell and install a TEMO sunroom. As sunroom specialists, TEMO provides a comprehensive installation training and certification program for all of its dealers. This gives you peace of mind, knowing that your Carriage Town Sunrooms installation professionals are experts, trained directly from the manufacturer

Your Carriage Town Sunrooms representative can help you plan your entire TEMO sunroom project from beginning to end. They’ll professionally survey your property, design your sunroom at no cost or obligation, provide a free same-day job quote, and handle all aspects of the installation. This includes permits, installation of your foundation (if required), sunroom, electrical work, and everything through to the final clean up.

• Your TEMO sunroom project begins with a complimentary property survey to determine if your local city codes and particular building requirements will allow a sunroom to be installed on your home.

• If a sunroom is permissible, your Carriage Town Sunrooms representative will work with you to create a complimentary custom sunroom design right for you.

• Once your custom design is complete, your Carriage Town Sunrooms representative sends it to TEMO where it is reviewed by their engineering department. Blueprints are created in their CAD design department and engineered to meet all local and national codes. The blueprints are approved by a TEMO Registered Engineer and returned to your Carriage Town Sunrooms representative.

• After your Carriage Town Sunrooms representative receives the initial blueprints, they will review them with you and make any necessary changes.

• Once the prints are finalized, your custom sunroom is ordered and production begins. Each room is hand assembled and inspected for complete quality control. Within a few weeks your sunroom is shipped to us. We then arrange the permits and foundation installation (if required) and the installation of your room.

• Once the foundation is complete, the actual installation of your sunroom takes only 2 to 4 days to complete – a fact that surprises many homeowners. This is possible because your sunroom was assembled to exact specifications in TEMO's manufacturing facility, guaranteeing that every part will fit.

• After installation, any breakthroughs (if required) from the home to the sunroom are completed. Electrical is also completed after the room installation is complete, usually within 3-7 days.

• Your Carriage Town Sunrooms representative is there to advise you every step of the way, offering you complete customer service and peace of mind.
